Writing While Traveling

The chaos of BookCon has come and gone. Thank you to everyone who came to see me! I’m sorry if my handwriting is the absolute worst. I had one day to recover and then boarded a flight to Seattle. Had a nice visit with Amazon and time with my daughter. Got home Sunday night. Managed to stick to my word count (weekdays only, no weekends unless I’m making up words I missed Monday through Friday). I am someone who needs structure, routine, and deadlines or nothing would get done. I fly again on Friday for a long weekend trip. The laptop will be with me with the aim of getting words done at the airport on either end of the journey. The downside of prioritizing words is that my task list grows longer every week, but I would rather be writing than doing any of those tasks (looking at you, social media). It is what it is.
